Axel Sahlin : Mr. Axel Sahlin was the other partner of Julian Kennedy, Sahlin and Co. Ltd. Engineers and in normal times was stationed in Brussels, was an eually remarkable man, of varied knowledge and wide experience. After their firm were appointed as Construction Engineer to the TISCO, he sailed for India, and landed at Bombay on 31st January 1908. Though, Mr. Julian Kennedy paid his first personal visit to the plant in 1911, Mr. Sahlin stayed there for most of the time and had not been out since 1908.
