World's biggest Coincidence : Lincoln and Kennedy	Home
Abraham Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846 and John F Kennedy in 1946. Lincoln was elected president in 1860 and Kennedy in 1960. Both were particularly keen about civil rights. Both their wives lost children when they were in White House. Both were shot in head on Friday. Lincoln's secretary was Kennedy and Kennedy's secretary was Lincoln. Both of them were assassinated and succeeded by Sotheners. Both their successor were named Johnson. Lincoln's successor Andrew Johnson was born in 1808 and Kennedy's successor Lyndon Johnson in 1908. Lincoln's killer John Wilkes Booth was born in 1839 and Kennedy's killer Lee Harvey Oswald in 1939. Both the killers were assassinated before their trial. After assassination Booth ran from theatre and was caught in warehouse whereas Oswald ran from warehouse and was caught in theatre. Lincoln and Kennedy have 7 letters in it. Both the assassins were known by 3 names and had 13 letters in their names.
